my vigina is swollen after sex and is REALLY painful.....could it be a blood vessel???

ok me and my boyfriend were messing around and had sex but almost immediately after my left lip became VERY swollen and painful.....the next morning i had a small pea size bruise on my left upper lip....it is still pretty swollen and EXTREMELY painful.....could i have busted a blood vessel in my vaginal lip???
