nasal cartiledge reduction along nasal passages

I am 57 years old and have been stationed in Iraq for more than a year. I have noticed a receading of cartiledge along the inside top of my nasal passages. I have read up on Leishmaniasis and Lethal Midline Granuloma but don't see any of the characteristics of these deseases. Could someone stear me in the right direction?
