I am feeling nausea and dizziness. This is the situation for the past 3 day. I really do not know what is wrong. I am general very healthy person and besides colds, I never had any health problems.

Hey, maybe it is best to go to doctor and see what is up. Both, naseau and dizziness are very common with many illnesses, maybe you are allergic to some food or something...
