| Hi, I'm 30 years old and I have a question about naturopathic health prevention. Actually, I want an explanation of this kind of prevention. I'm not a kid anymore and I realize how important it is to take care of our own body. Not to mention that I've trained soccer since I was 8 years old, so maintaining a good shape and good health is important to me. |

| You need to know that naturopathic health prevention is one of the six basic elements of naturopathic medicine. If I could try to explain what it actually means in one sentence, I would say naturopathic health prevention focuses on strengthening our ability to understand every aspect of life in a well balanced way. This concerns body, food, emotions, everything our being is constructed of. Of course, we are all different, our needs are not the same, so naturopathic prevention program is customized for each one of us. |
