nausea,stomach filled,nausea flem,dizziness all the time

I am 35 years old.5 years ago my dizziness started and have it still.An year after ear started ringing.Went to doctor and got all the tests related to my nausea and dizziness done.But doctors couldn't diagnoise what is my problem.I still live with it.But some times my dizziness goes so bad that I feel like falling and after I feel very irritated. My stomach becomes big,Belching and feel dizzy and nauseated after the meal.Can some one help me find out what kind of problem I have.Appreciate the reply.

hi i ave exactly the same problem im 17 and my mam has brought me to doctors and everything i cant find whats wrong wit me plz if u know any more about it write back please
