nausea,stomach pain,dizzines,feeling sick

hi all...any one any info...i had my baby 7 weeks ago since having him i was getting bad abdominal pain..since this was my third child i thought these were after pains..but these started to get worse...i when to see the doc and she said its prob an infection and gave me anti biotics...these done nothing...and then the pain moved to in between my ribs where my brestbone is, i went back to see my g.p and she gave me some medicine for acid refluct which seems to ease the bain alittle.,,the area is still sore thought...also about 4days ago i started to expirence extreem vertigo (spinning not the words it felt like i'd been on a waltser for an hour)..this is aslo with nause and last al day...i when to see g.p he gave me some tablets to help with the dizzines bout these dont work ither..i also get tired during the day.....just to infor i suffer migrains...but this dizziness does ot have a headache...i sometimes get shooting pain but that it..i any one as felt or is feeling the same your advice would be gratfull thanx
