nauseous after lipo, I get sick when I eat or drink

I had lip of my abdomen, hips and thigns about 3 weeks ago. I'm happy for the most part but I have this really hard part below my belly button and above my pubic area. I have tried massaging as my doc told me even professionally. But that's not the worst part. Over the last 3 days I've felt sick to my stomach every time I eat or drink anything!! It hurts really bad, and I usually have a high pain tollerance. Does this sound normal or should I go get it checked out??
