| im been on deop provera now for the last 7 years ive been taking it for endemetriosis and the last injection i got was back in december 23 2007. im actually booked in for a hyserectomy in july of this year,which is 2008 but in the mean time i was supposed to be taking 3 months of lupron injections,i guess its to stop the growth of everything before they do the hyserectomy,i had one injection on april 14 which was last month,but i think i could be pregnant and im not sure in a way to tell cause i don't have regular periods and the last time i had intercorase was 14 days ago,and on monday past i took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative,im not sure if it was to ealry but i honestly feel like i am.im bloated, peeing alot, breast are full and im also having mild cramping,so i was wondering if i could be pregnant and its just to ealry to tell and what should i do,thanks so much,Lisa |

It usually takes at least 10-14 days after possiable conception for a HPT test to show a result...but I wouldn't depend on it being accurate until 3 weeks after the last time you had intercourse.
Also, usually when it comes to the depo shot it takes a women at least 6-12 months after its out of their system (aprox 8 months after last shot) before they are "fertile" again. Plus, endometriosis usually causes infertility....and if your is bad enough to warrent a hysterectomy I would be suprised if you were to get pregnant at this time...Symptoms are not a reliable way to tell if you could be pregnant because a women can easily subconsiously give herself these symtoms just by thinking they might be pregnant (it happens in just about everyone at one time or another) The only way you are going to know for sure is to take another test in a few days (3 weeks past the intercourse) And to be "double sure' if you are still worried you can get a blood test from your doc prior to you next lupron inject. But, in my opinion I don't think pregnancy is likely in your situation.
