need info about deanxit

I have moved from Holland to UK because of my work and I can’t seem to get this doctor to prescribe me deanxit. He says he hasn’t heard about this drug at all. I suffer from anxiety disorder and deanxit was doing wonders with me. Now, when I am off the drug I keep experiencing problems and it has already started interfere with my work and I can’t allow that especially because I have just arrived. Can you give me any additional info about this drug? Thx

I don’t know what is the story in UK but I experienced the same problem when I came to the States. Then I did some research and realized this drug is not sold in the States at all. You may try explaining to your doctor that deanxit has two ingredients: flupentixol 0.5mg and melitracen 10mg. However, be aware that this drug is indicate for short term use. Good luck!
