need swelling advice

i am a college girl who is very active. i workout intensely everyday. when i started this routine i was doing great, i was loseing all kinds of weight and had tons of natural energy. the only problem i was having was with the brith control i was on. i thought yasmin was making my hands and feet swell. so in january i switched to ortho. ever sence then everything has gone down hill. i have gotten extremely tired and have need to use excesssive consumption of caffine pills, b- 12 pills, green tea pills, lipodrene pills with ephedra, adderall and tons of energy drinks with lots of coffee to keep me goin. my swelling has gotten insanely worse as well. my feet, ankels, hands and lower abdomen get swollen constantly. also i am a pretty heavy drinker of hard liquor and whenever i consume the alcohol the swelling gets 10 times worse. i do not know what is wrong with me but i am constantly unconfortable. oh, and i get itchy out of no where all over, its really werid. i just want my natural energy back! i always feel so heavy and tight which makes me so tired all the time. i even get nausea out of no where! i hate it! andi don't think i could be preagnat i still get my periods and i don't have sex that often and i am on the pill so i doubt its pragancy but do know i need to fix this cuz i hate it! please give me some advice thank you
