negative ept test but still some symptoms of pregnancy...

I took a homoe pregnancy test last night and found that it came out negative. I had sex one about three weeks ago and then again five days ago - both times my husband and I used protection. However, I haven't had my period - it seems over two weeks late - and, while bloated, I've been getting some white discharge (sorry if its tmi), and cramping. After sex three weeks ago, I bled lightly for a day and a half, then it was over. This past time, I had a tiny bit of spotting the morning after, and again, that was all. Should I take another pregnancy test in a few days or wait a week or so? I'm just not sure if this is normal for pregnancy or not, and I figured I would just try to get some feedback before running out to buy another test. Thanks so much!!

PMS symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. You very well could be getting your period soon.

A blood test from a doctor would be the most accurate though.
