I have all symptoms of early pregnancy (fatigue and sickness, discharge) and I made a pregnancy test, which showed I wasn’t pregnant? How precise are these pregnancy test?

Well they are not 100 % precise, but their value is around 98 %. Maybe you could buy another one and test yourself one more time. Or you can go to the gynecologist and be 100 % sure.
One more thought… sometimes our mind can play tricks with us, so if you still have this early pregnancy signs, maybe it isn’t because you are pregnant, but because you want to be or because you are nervous …
