negative results on hpt but still no period...

This is the second time in a row that my period has been over 2 weeks late and the home pregnancy test was negative. I have taken 5 already. I dont have insurance so if any one knows how I can find out whats wrong that doesnt cost much or anything at all, please let me know.

I am starting to worry because I've already had 2 abnormal PAPs and 2 surgerys to remove pre-cancerous cells from my cervix.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
