I havent had my period, and I took a urine test yesterday and showed negative...Is there a chance I still could be pregnant?

Absolutely! With my first baby, I was 2 months pregnant before a urine test showed positive. After that, if my period was late I'd go to a lab for a blood pregnancy test which could detect my pregnancy one week after missing a period.
