Im male. 19 years old. athletic build.
i am always nervous about being in a classroom with alot of people or in a car for a while...ect. because im scared ill have gas or have to go to the bathroom.
could it be ibs even though seems almost completely a mental thing? the dumn thing is is that it isnt that im nervous about being with a girl or scared for some reason. its just that im scared about having gas or diarrhea. is there a like mental disorder related to this? and when i say diarrhea i just mean i go alot and feel like i have to go alot, its not allways liquid although sometimes it is; after im on empty... i still feel like i have to go and when i do its mostly just alot of gas... . oh and i have blood in my stool occasionaly but im sure its just a tear.
my mom has ciliac disease and my brother recently thinks he is lactose intollerant because of simular conditions and has stoped drinking milk and has said he feels better.
