Hey,
I did it. It is ok. Mostly are recipes for children with epilepsy. But recipes are universal for everyone and are based on very low carbohydrate diet. Diets include soups, fish, meat, salads, desserts ... In short, variety of meals that are actually delicious and keep you ketosis. Authors are docotrs, I think, and hey have 2 kids for whom they developed that new ketogenic cookbook.
