Since I was a kid I was very interesting in running. One of my greatest dreams was to take a part in New York marathon. I saw it on the TV many times and I have watched documentary movies about it. Anyway I would like to know something more about this great event.
Hi I bet you are great fanning of new york marathon as many other runners in the world. Popularity of this marathon is also incredible. More than 90 000 people take part in this event. First New Your marathon was held in 1970 and there were few hundreds of racers.
Since than that number is constantly growing. People who take part in this big race are not just professional runners but ordinary people who like sport, fun and spirit which marathon brings. The end of this race is in hearth of New Your city in the central park.
