i am going to be pursuing a hysterectomy and i can't take normal hrt's so i am trying to find out what are some safe natural hormone replacements.i have migraines with aura's so i am at higher risk of stroke as the gyn said and i was never suppose to take the bcp i was on.i was only suppose to take progesterone only.i also have fibercystic breast disease if that has anything to do with estrogen.i would feel safer taking natural stuff as my grandmother had breast cancer when she was younger and my uncle had a masectomy because of male breast cancer so my risks are up there.thanks in advanc.

has anyone used or heard of femal. i can get it at my local health food store and i know it doesn't have that black cohish in it.i know u can only use remfimquin for only 6 months because of the possible side effects of the black cohish.
