I am 50 and peri-menopausel. I am not on any hormone replacement.
I've had very sensitive nipples for 3 years and sometimes a burning sensation. It seems to always be there in varying degrees.
What do you think is causing this and how can it be remedied? It's a very disconcerting feeling.
Try avoiding body sprays as the chemicals can often cause burning I found. If this fails I'd try changing your washing powder to see if that helps. Hope you find your answer.
