no cycle negitive pregnacy test

Hello my name is Unique and i have not had a monthly cycle sinse September 17, 2006 I took several test by urine and blood but they all came back negtive. I recently had an ultra sound done and what was found as a ovarian cyst with fluid around it, is this something that I should be concered about also do you know if after the cyst is removed will i have a regular cycle and will i most likely be able to have a child?

People with cysts on their ovaries often fail to ovulate properly.

You see, ovualtion often means NO period.

You do need to get the cysts treated, this will help your cycles regulate and help your fertility.
