no bowel movement in 3 weeks, now vominting and nausea.

okay, so it's been almost 3 weeks since my last bowel movement. and Yes, i drink water everyday.. i eat my veggies, and i feel like i've tried every trick in the book! i ate some apple sauce.. it didn't work... i took a correctol last night.. and around 3:30 i felt like i was going to vomit.. i also had the wrost cramps ever! i felt like i was in labor!! well... nothing happened.. i had to get up and go to the bathroom about 6 times in an hours time. and NOTHING EVER HAPPENED! finally on my last trip, around 4:30 a.m i vomited.... and it was the worst ever it seemed like! (worse than when i was pregnant) ugh! there was no food in it, it was just brown.. and it was so strong that my throat started to bleed right after. i still feel nauseated today.. =( i don't know what to do... should i go to the dr.? [/b]
