Unusuall but probably not unheard of. Normally the penis has to be stimulated to achieve an orgasm and as soon as you stimulate your penis it will cause an erection im afraid. Don't forget theres nothing wrong with having an erection even if you dont orgasm and/or ejaculate it wont do any harm.
