no idea, seriously worrying

i have been to the doctor twice about the following. first time he checked and nothing, secondtime didnt look. I have frequent changes to what i beilive is my epididymis. During the day is swells and goes hard. As if i have a second testicle above my other, however when i wake up in the morning, its gone and i can feel my normal epididymis. I have also noticed that the swelling leads up making the right side of my pubic area look risen. I got knoked there two days ago and since have had numbness and pain. The fact it goes back to normal relaxes me a bit but im still unsure
