hi! been reading a few posts about spotting and the more i read the more im getting confused...wat exactly is spotting? wat are the causes and is there any cure?? is it normal to be spotting??

Spotting is when you bleed very slightly so that the blood appears either brown or light pink. As its very light it generally only shows up when you wipe.
Causes are many and varied, some serious, others not. It can be normal to spot halfway through your cycle during the ovulation process, or shortly before or after your period. Other times are generally not normal. You should have any abnormalities with bleeding and your period checked by a doctor.
