im 16 years old and i i didnt have my period for over 5 months now.i knnow that it sounds weird but im not sure what to do..i lost about 20 pounds, so i weighted 105 while being 5'8 and i know that its bad, but i've been gaining pounds lately and i weight 116, is the menstrual cycle going to occcur when i reach my previous weight??help
That's not too uncommon, it can be caused by a number of things but periods can often be irregular for younger women. I had the same problem but my period was typically "normal" when I was 19.
