no period, some symptoms off and on but neg. tests.. any ideas?

I'll start by mentioning that my periods have been somewhat irregular since this summer, but I don't know if that has anything to do with this.
My periods are always 5 days long but my last one started september 5th and stopped 4 days later, but in the middle of the next day i bled again but just once for a couple mins. and then no more, so that period was a little weird. I'm 19 and my boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex and he pulls out. I'm also not on any birth control.
The first week or so of October I started having constant stomach aches, quite a bit of dizziness/lightheadedness, these weird headaches that come and go in less than 20 secs., bloating, and being completely exhausted throughout the entire day (but I was also going to college and working 2 jobs so I wasn't getting a ton of sleep!). That's when I first started wondering if I was pregnant, I bought a test and decided to wait until the day or maybe day after my period was due (assuming things where regular). The test was negative but I assumed it was too early to tell. That was around the 10th of Oct.

On Oct. 24 I started having brown discharge and it lasted for about 10 days. The 2nd day of the discharge I did notice just once that it looked more like period blood but then next time I checked it was back to the brown discharge. Implantation bleeding was my 1st thought... but for 10 days??? I took another test the 25th and negative again, so I was convinced that I wasn't pregnant after all. My stomach aches and what not had also gone away.

The brown discharge ended around the 2nd of November and then on the 5th I noticed I was having some excessive discharge it lasted for about 4 days. This had me thinking again that I may very well be pregnant.
Today, the 10th, it seemed like my normally flat stomach is bulging out a tiny bit in the lower portion (this might just be in my head but i'm not sure!) and I also noticed that my nipples are sore and have some whiteness on them, the areolas are the same though.

Some of this could be in my head since I have been searching pregnancy signs so much. But what I really want to know about is the 10 days of brown discharge. And why I haven't had a period in so long!! I'm going to the doctor for something else on wednesday but I'm definately going to bring this up! I know you aren't doctors but anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
