I had an abortion in August (got pregnant when my insurance changed my BC pills)... well I haven't had a period since until 2 days ago. Now I'm bleeding very heavily with a lot of stringy blood clots and pretty harsh cramps. I don't have insurance and don't want to go to my regular doctor and say "hey I had an abortion..." what's wrong with me?

maybe it will not be so heavy in a few days. since its been so long since your last period maybe thats why its so heavy and painful. i'd try and call the place you had the abortion and maybe someone there could help.
