no period after stopping northisterone

i took northisterone for 8 months, stopped 2 months ago. I had one period on time and since then have had none. Now 5 weeks late!!!
Any ideas getting worried, am currently off work with stress and anxiety will this be a cause of missed periods????

MANY things can cause a missed period including stress and anxiety.
Are you sexually active and have you taken a pregnancy test?

If its negative you might want to schedule an appt with your Gyn so they can give you a med to jump start your cycle again (which isnt necessary really but it might make you feel better- and it wouldn't hurt to get checked out just to make sure you dont have anything crazy causing this

PS (it can take a few months for your cycle to regulate after stopping that pill too so it might just be that)
