no period and high testosterone

I'm 23 and a little over a year ago I had the iud mirina taken out. My boyfriend and I have a 3 yr old son. Since my iud was taken out we have regular sex and I have a regular period. Jan 7th was the beginning of my last period. I had a regular pap done about a yr ago. My blood showed I had high testosterone. I have common signs of pregnancy nausea, tired, minor cramps, constipation. Exept for the last it has always been a sign of my period also. I have taken two pregnancy test and both have come up negative. Am I pregnant or could it be a serious problem because of the fact I've missed my period for the last 2 months.
