no periods..negative test result...confusion!!

hi,
i had my last periods on 5th june and 10 july is when i shd hv had my period..still haven't got it.my pregnancy tests done at home showed negative twice...but i felt tired and sleepy and even felt there was a brownish spotting on 12th july,which i assumed to be implantation sign.all this while i kept feeling tired and assumed i was pregnant!!!since a couple of days m not feeling any sign of Being pregnant...i feel normal,no tiredness...is it possible that i got pregnant and had a miscarriage....??if so what happens.do i get my periods in sum time..??is it painful??m going in for a blood test on friday to confirm anyways...please help with your experiences.is it possible ,can u pregnant even if ur blood test says no???did my mind just believe i was pregnant when i was not???
