Hello! I am 25 year-old man and four nights ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who is not my girlfriend. It was just one of these nights when you get drunk and not think. Two days after I noticed that I had swollen lymph nodes in the groin area. They are pretty hard and slightly tender to touch. Could this be a sign that I have caught any of the STDs? Any info is more than welcome!

Hi there! As far as I know, lymph nodes in the groin usually swell when there is an infection or inflammation of the leg and not STD. If you are thinking about HIV, that would be highly unlikely because then you would have swollen lymph nodes all over your body. If you are unsure about this, you could always go to the clinic and get tested for STDs. Good luck to you!
