nodular sarcoidosis

Hi, my sister is 33 years old and several days ago she has noticed some changes under her skin. She was very afraid so we went to the doctor as soon as possible. After several days of examination doctor told us that it is sarcoidis which affected her tissue under the skin. I would like to know something more about this.

Hi, this skin disorder is very rare and sometimes can make doctors to think that there is some metastasis process on the skin. This is sort of skin disorder which sarcoidosis may cause. Besides this sarcoidosis may cause plaques, keloids , scars and macular eruptions. It may be treated by corticosteroids or to be removed surgically.
