Given a past history of rectal cancer which was resected 2 years ago at stage 0-1 and now no evidence of reoccurrence in the adomen, liver or other organs, but,evidence of multible microlesions in the left and right lungs measuring 3mm to 6mm, how likely is it that this is a metastic process?
