Hi, I have too little urine each day. I tried to increase the amount of liquid I intake, but I have noticed little progress. How to provide normal urination?

Hi, you didn’t mention if you feel like you have more urine in your bladder and can’t urinate it, or if you are not producing enough urine. Urine is produced by the kidneys and passes into the urinary bladder. Certain muscles, urinary sphincter, enable leakage from the urinary bladder and it’s empting. As the bladder fills with urine, a signal is sent to have it emptied. Some nerve signals are sent to begin urination. In case you are not producing sufficient amount of urine, you may have insufficient kidneys. So, you will need to take diuretics for stimulation of production of urine.
