Few days ago I have heard something that really makes me worry! I have elder sister that use Nortrel 7/7/7 few months already. Everything is ok with her, but I have heard there were some packaging errors. It’s possible to lead to an increased pregnancy risk. Can you explain us more about this problem, and how can we check if her Nortrel 7/7/7 was with error.

That is true, really there was packaging error but only involves a few Lot Numbers. First to explain how right Nortrel 7/7/7 looks like. It is packaged in a blister card containing four horizontal rows of seven tablets each. It represents one week of tablets. First row should contain yellow tablets, second should contain blue. The third row has peach, and fourth row should contain white tablets. Those colored are tablets of Nortrel 7/7/7 with active hormonal ingredients. White tablets are placebos that contain no active ingredient. If she used Nortrel 7/7/7 with wrong sequence she could be at an increased risk of pregnancy. Anyway, she should continue taking the product and immediately consult with her health care practitioner for further instructions and return the product to pharmacist for a replacement blister card. If her Nortrel 7/7/7 blister card contained the correct sequence of tablets, she should continue taking the product.
