Hello! I have had a chronic migraine for a very, very long time. Incredible pain in the neck, going to the temple and eyes. At the moment am I on Nortriptylene, Imitrex, Topomax and zanaflex which I suppose answers your question. Yes, you can use topomax and nortriptylene at the same time.
