i notice i always get a light nose bleed halfway through my period ie my cycle is 28 days and my nose starts bleeding around day 13 or 15.

were also trying for a baby so . can u help

Nose bleed is one of the most common problem that we face today...

Actually, the most common cause of nose bleed is trauma from our fingers picking our nose along with dry air. Thus, one good remedy that I found was put a humidifier in your room...

It is unusual to get nose bleed in the middle of your cycle. During the 13 to 15 day, you would be ovulating... and your body's estrogen level be higher during this time. It can be a coincidence that you get nose bleeds around this time. If you continue to get nose bleeds or bleeding from brushing your teeth, you should visit your doctor for a check up.

I get nosebleeds during ovualtion as well. An acupunturist told me that happens with a lot of people I would like to know why though...
