not fair im allergic to prservatives anyway to reduce it

hi im 17 and have had a sore throat for about 5 months now lol until after finding on the internet preservatives in food can casue sore throats so i tried this and not have any preservative ingrediant food and like magic after stopping for 3 days my sore throat is almost gone except for a little one in the mornings witch i hope goes away the thing is is think i forced this one me by eating cereal for 3 years that was high in the preservative sulphur dioxide becasue it was a dry fruit mix cereal so i thoght it must be that but noo i had some sandwitches for lunch and the bread did contain a preservative but not the one my ceral had but after half and hour my throat became sore and scratchy again and this lasted for about 2 hours so anybody know how to stop this i hear u can grow out of allergies becasue preservatives are in ALOT of stuff

I've heard that food allergies can come and go. You might want to test yourself for different kinds of food allergies, also. Some people have allergies to wheat, glutein, dairy, etc. and they find out by doing just what you've done: eliminate some foods from the diet, and then try to re-introduce them again. Following your body is just wise medicine. Smile
