hi im hannah i weigh 110 im 13 years old and like 5'2
i really want to lose atleast 5 pounds.
i have two sisters.. 15 and 17 they are about my height. the 17 year old weighs 105 and the 15year old like 100
i dont eat like alot of junk food but i just eat kinda alot

can someone give me some advice on what diet and some active things to do
