| Hi, I am a twenty five years old man. I must say that some symptoms that are not normal are appearing in my life. I was never nervous except if someone or something threw me out of the track. But now, anything can trigger me in bursting out, even the most harmless things. Can you tell me what is happening to me? |

| Hi, I experienced almost the same symptoms like you did. I also found them not to be normal. Whenever I got out of the house, everyone I met along the way was irritating me for, apparently, no reason at all. The relationship with my girlfriend was jeopardized as well. It is my girlfriend who convinced me to do what I would suggest you to do too. You see, the best thing is that you, like me, are aware of the problem and that the symptoms you are having are not normal. My girlfriend took me to see a specialist (psychotherapist). At first it was all strange to me and, believe it or not, on some occasions I wanted to punch the therapist. He prescribed some medication to me and after a couple of sessions I was back to normal. I visit him once a month. Therefore, my advice to you would be to try to do the same. I am sure that everything will turn out great. |
