i havnt started my periods yet, and i the other day during a lesson at school, i got extremely bad pains down below. i went to the toilet, and wiped and blood came out. There was also a brown sticky fish like smell discharge in my pants. Is this just something you get before you start your periods? or is it an infection? xx

First of all, the smell is completely normal. If you want to get rid of the smell, shower often, and use "Always Clean" (they're attached to the "Always" pad) don't use scented products, it could lead to infections and irritation. But the disinfecting wipe that comes with the pad will clean it and reduce the smell.

SECOND of all; yes, you obviously have your period now.
And the brown stuff is also normal, when you start your period sometimes the blood is brown looking, it changes to normal blood color after a while. Don't panic when that happens. It's most defiantly not an infection. Don't worry yourself.

hii i also get discharge and sometimes it smells a bit bad and is brown but i have been getting for quit along time now and i still havnt started my periods i have had discharge now for a while and i just dont no why i havnt started yet Confused
