not taking exact time everyday, will it still work?

hi i wanted to know if not taking my birth control at the same time everyday, will it still work? i just cant remember sometimes to take it at the same time everyday.

The failure rate ( perfect use = less than 1%) increases by not taking them at the same time.

However, if you are taking them everyday, within a reasonable time frame, they should still be effective - but not as effective as with perfect use.

I would suggest setting an alarm on your cell phone or something to help remind you. Or practice another method as well as the pill to decrease any pregnancy chances - such as using condoms or having him withdrawl.
