numb fingertip after a burn or scrape/cut.

it has been 3 weeks since my accident. I cut the tip of my left index finger's skin off with a case cutter blade. The wound is only a half an inch big or less with a rigid tip of the entire finger around it. The nerve on the finger is numb and so itchiness is bothersome. Has this happened to anyone else? Please let me know what happened. Thanks. I have had my booster shot for this.

cellulitis so bad I can't even type with my left index finger. I was put on antibiotics, a stronger one than last week's that should work out for me. Anyone got any other suggestions or similar history's with their figer getting red and infected?
