I am a 50 year old male who works standing for 8 hours at a time. I do move around but in a 12 to 16ft area. I recentley fell split legged at home causing me to have stretched my right hip joint. I am now experiencing numbness in my right leg during work and at home. Any suggestions to the cause, is it transient and what can I do to relieve it? Is there any concern for long term damage or further disability? Any suggestions for therapy or treatment would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
