I have pain radiating from my left shoulder blade down my left arm to my hand with my pinky being numb. I also have skin peeling off my thumb,index and ring fingers? Can you please tell me what I'm dealing with?

It sounds like you may have a cervical disc problem at C7. You should have an MRI and see a neurosurgeon. The skin peeling problem is probably not related. Check out this page:

You may have carpal tunnel. The numbness in the pinkie finger is the telltale sign. Other symptoms include wrist pain, grip weakness, and tingling in your pinkie.
