numbness in left arm and acreoss chest

Have woke up a few times with numbness in chest and left arm,and feeling v uneasy...it goes if i walk around!! i also get woke up from sleep after going to gym feeling an odd sensation in my chest and kind of parylised.............very strange indeed!! i also get heart flutters....paranoid or problem????

I have had numbness in my left arm then numbness around my neck and having trouble breathing...and dizzy..I did go to the emeregency room.. my heart was good and no pnemonia..blood work was done... Why am I having these symptoms..Its scary feeling this way...I was in an atomobile accident dec 2005 no broken bones but lots of torn leagaments and muscles and whiplash all over,,, ever sence my lower back just kills me with pain and tailbone... what could be the problem? HelpMe PLEASE...
