numbness in left leg

last night I came home from work and sat down on the couch and my left leg had a weird feeling . My foot feels numb and my leg hurts. I also have had a little tigling in my left arm and a shooting pain in my right side of my head. but that only lasted a mintute or so

The discomfort in your leg sounds like sciatica. (nerve) The tingle in your arm could be a concern. Numbness and tingleing in the left arm could be one of the signs of a heart issue. I would talk to my Doctor about that.
