numbness inside vagina and hips

For the past few years I've been noticing that whenever I lay on one side, the other hip goes numb... is this normal?

I've also been experiencing random pains in my head/neck. One day it'll be one side of my head hurting and a few sharp pains that last 2 seconds in random places in my head, and then it will be different the next day.

Also, I dont know if this is normal, but I just started using tampons and I've noticed that I can't feel them inside my vagina. the external part of my vagina is perfectly fine... but the inside isn't... is this normal?
