i have numbness on my right thigh not always it comes and goes and i have a feeling that there is no blood circulation upto 100%,may be it is 65%,otherwise all the activities are normal

I suffer the same numbness on my right thigh especially while standing for more than 5 minutes. My left leg is not affected somehow. Its more than a month now since I experienced it the first time. I'm taking medication for blood sugar control daily. Is this related to diabetes?
