Hello! I am into modeling and just a few pounds make me go crazy or out of business. I started nuvaring birth control and I put on 5 pounds. For some people it may not seeable but for my bosses it is. I need to know if I could use Metabolife while on nuvaring.
I can’t say much about Metabolife as I haven’t used it but I was on regular healthy diet for 3 weeks and managed to loose all the weight (round 5 lbs) I gained from nuvaring. It was no big deal. I don’t know how fast you need to loose yours but I don’t know if you will loose faster on this metabolife either.
